Before You Write
If you are chasing a parcel, the fastest answer is usually the Track Order link in the menu at the top of the site — it will show you exactly where things are without waiting on us.
If your message is about an existing order, include your order number. It saves a round of back-and-forth and gets you a proper answer first time.
Sizing Help
Not sure whether you are an M or an L? Tell us your usual cup size and we will tell you which insert to order. Our sizes run:
- S — A to AA
- M — B to C
- L — D to DD to E
- XL — F to H
If you are between two sizes we will almost always tell you to size up. And if we get it wrong, the swap is free.
Orders, Tracking & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 7–12 business days after that. If your tracking has stalled or your window has passed, get in touch and we will chase the carrier for you.
Made a mistake at checkout? Email us straight away. We can usually still amend or cancel an order while it is inside that processing window.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an order, and return shipping is on us. Email support@rosellia.shop with your order number and we will send you the return instructions and a prepaid label.
If something arrived damaged or the adhesive will not hold from the first wear, attach a photo and we will get a replacement or refund sorted without you posting anything back.
Product Questions
Wondering how they hold under a fitted dress, or how they cope with a warm night out? Ask us before you order.
We would much rather talk you into the right size — or talk you out of a bad fit — than take the order and deal with a return afterwards.
