How It Works

Rosellia™ Invisible Lift Inserts replace the bra, not just the straps. No band, no clasps, nothing over your shoulders — just discreet lift you put on in about a minute. Here is exactly how they work, how to wear them, and how to get the best hold out of them.

What They Actually Are

Rosellia™ Inserts are two soft, flexible cups that sit directly against your skin. There is no band around your back and nothing over your shoulders, so there is nothing to peek out from under a strapless top, a backless dress or a deep neckline.

The inserts use adhesive on both sides to help keep them securely positioned while you are wearing them — so the shape you set stays where you put it, and you are not tugging at anything all night.

Step 1 — Start With Clean, Dry Skin

Adhesive only grips bare, dry skin. Wash and dry the area first, and skip lotion, body oil, cream, serum and perfume anywhere the insert will sit. Even a thin invisible film is enough to stop it holding properly.

If you have just showered, give your skin a few minutes to dry completely before you apply.

Step 2 — Position For The Lift You Want

Peel the protective film off the insert and hold it by the edge, keeping your fingers off the adhesive. Place it on the outer side of the breast, then angle it in and up towards your centre. The higher and more inward you set it, the more lift and shape you get.

Do one side at a time and check yourself in a mirror before you press down. Placing it right the first time is far easier than repositioning it afterwards.

Step 3 — Press And Go

Once the placement looks right, press the insert firmly against your skin for several seconds so the adhesive bonds properly. Smooth outwards from the centre so there are no air pockets along the edge.

Repeat on the other side and get dressed. That is the whole routine — no straps to adjust, nothing to unclip, nothing digging in.

Step 4 — Take Them Off Gently

Loosen one edge first, then peel slowly across rather than pulling straight off in one go. Rushing removal is what makes it uncomfortable, so give it the extra few seconds.

If an edge feels stubborn, work it loose gradually instead of forcing it.

Step 5 — Wash, Dry, Reuse

Rinse the adhesive side gently with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then rinse it clean. Do not scrub it, and do not dry it with a towel — lint on the adhesive is the fastest way to ruin the grip.

Let them air-dry completely, place the protective film back over the adhesive, and store them somewhere clean and dry. Looked after properly, a pair keeps its hold for a long run of wears.

Choosing Your Size

Pick your size from your usual cup size:

  • S — A to AA
  • M — B to C
  • L — D to DD to E
  • XL — F to H

If you fall between two sizes, go with the larger cup. A slightly bigger insert still shapes well, but one that is too small will not give you the lift you are after.

What To Wear Them Under

Strapless and off-shoulder tops, backless dresses, halter necks, deep V necklines, bodycon, bikinis — anything where a bra strap or a back band would give the game away.

For the most seamless finish, pick clothing that skims rather than clings. Very tight fabric will show the edge of anything worn underneath, and that is true of any insert, not just ours.

Getting The Best Hold

A few small things make the difference between all-evening hold and an edge that lifts:

  • Apply to completely dry skin with nothing on it — no lotion, no oil, no powder
  • Press for a few full seconds rather than a quick tap
  • Put them on before you get dressed, not after
  • Heat and heavy sweat loosen adhesive, so factor that in on a hot night
  • Keep the adhesive surface free of lint, dust and hair between wears

If You Have Sensitive Skin

If your skin reacts to adhesives, test a small patch first and give it a few hours before wearing them for a full day. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.

If anything feels uncomfortable while you are wearing them, take them off. Comfort is the whole point.
