Placing An Order
By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.
Products And Descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and skin tones vary, so the shade you receive may not be an exact match to the image on your display.
Fit and hold vary from person to person. Our sizing guidance is a recommendation based on cup size, not a guarantee of fit. Specifications may change as our suppliers update their products, and we keep the product pages current as that happens.
Pricing And Availability
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the mistaken price. We will tell you if that happens.
Orders And Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we process it and take payment, normally within 1–3 business days of you placing it.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Changes And Cancellations
Because orders are processed within 1–3 business days, changes and cancellations are only possible inside that window. Email support@rosellia.shop straight away if you need one.
After processing, you can still return the order under our 30-day guarantee once it arrives, with return shipping covered by us.

Safe Use Of Our Products
Rosellia™ Inserts are an adhesive garment worn directly against the skin. Please follow the instructions supplied with your set. Apply only to clean, dry, undamaged skin, and do not use them on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin.
Adhesives can cause a reaction in some people. If you have sensitive skin or a known adhesive allergy, patch-test on a small area first and stop using the product if you notice irritation. Do not modify the inserts or use a set that is visibly damaged.
Our products are cosmetic apparel. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you have a specific skin or medical concern, speak to a healthcare professional before use. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from use that does not follow the supplied instructions.
Intellectual Property
The Rosellia trade mark, logo, site design, product photography and written content on this site belong to us or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial use without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit false information or fraudulent payment details.
We may suspend access or refuse service to anyone who does.
Reviews And Submissions
If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you give us permission to publish and use it in connection with the shop. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe the rights of anyone else.
We may edit for length or clarity, and we may decline to publish anything.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
The site and its content are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
