Information You Give Us
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details. When you contact us or sign up for emails, we collect whatever you send us — usually your name, email and message.
We need this to take payment, ship your order and reply to you. We cannot fulfil an order without it.
Information Collected Automatically
When you browse the site we automatically receive your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring site, and the pages you viewed. This comes through cookies and similar technologies.
We use it to keep the store working properly, spot fraud, understand which pages people actually read, and measure our advertising.
Payment Information
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Your full card number is processed directly by the payment provider and is encrypted in transit.
We do not see, store or have access to your full card details at any point.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure traffic and ad performance. Some are essential to the site functioning; others are analytics or advertising cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the store — including the cart and checkout — may stop working.
Advertising And Analytics
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use their tracking pixel to measure whether our ads lead to visits and orders. This means Meta may receive information about your visit and match it to your account with them.
You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and through your device or browser privacy controls. You can also email support@rosellia.shop and ask us to opt you out.
Who We Share Information With
We share your information only with the parties needed to run the store: Shopify (our platform), our payment providers, the suppliers and carriers who pack and deliver your order, our order-tracking provider, and our email and advertising platforms.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics cookies, including the Meta pixel, and under some privacy laws — notably in California — that counts as sharing personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out by emailing us. Beyond that, we do not hand your information to anyone who is not part of getting your order to you or running the shop. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, for example in response to a lawful request from authorities.
International Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers outside your country, including by Shopify and our suppliers. Where that happens, we rely on our providers to apply appropriate safeguards.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Residents of the EU and UK (GDPR) and of California and similar US states (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights of this kind.
To make a request, email support@rosellia.shop from the address on your order and tell us what you would like. We may need to verify who you are before we act. We will not charge you or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children’s Privacy
Our store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as the business changes or the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
